Fountain Nursing and Care Home Limited

Fountain Nursing and Care Home provides nursing and personal care for older people, including those living with dementia or sensory impairments. Staff develop person-centred care based on individual needs and preferences, drawing on knowledge of residents' life histories to build meaningful relationships. People and their relatives confirmed that changing needs were addressed promptly.

Residents reported feeling well cared for and treated with respect and dignity by staff who encouraged them to maintain independence and relationships. Staff demonstrated the skills and knowledge needed to meet people's needs and felt confident in their roles. The registered manager listened to concerns and used feedback as opportunities for improvement. However, inspectors found some residents were not consistently supported by staff who demonstrated caring and compassionate attitudes in all interactions.
