Baxendale Care Home

The home spans three floors with a separate dementia-specialist wing accessible through the main building. Residents have access to outdoor spaces including a patio and large garden.

People reported feeling safe at the home and satisfied with the care they received. Residents received their medicines as prescribed, and staff identified and assessed health and care risks appropriately.
