Barton Court

Barton Court provides accommodation and personal care for up to 57 older people, some living with dementia, physical disabilities or sensory impairments. Inspectors found the home continues to be rated good overall, with people receiving safe, caring and effective support from staff who knew them well and had the right training and skills.

Some shortfalls were found in records relating to risk assessments and medicines, and in governance systems, though no one was harmed as a result. The registered manager acted quickly to address urgent issues and planned further improvements. Relatives spoke positively about staff knowledge and their loved ones' wellbeing.
