Anson Court

Anson Court provides residential care for up to 75 older people, some living with dementia, in a purpose-built building. At inspection, 70 people were using the service. The home has robust monitoring processes and quality assurance systems to maintain standards and identify areas for improvement. However, the oversight of accidents and incidents could be strengthened to better identify trends and ensure appropriate action is taken. The team was addressing a high number of falls and incidents in the home through work with external partners.
