Cloisters Care Home

Cloisters Care Home provides nursing care for up to 58 older people across two units—one specialising in dementia care and the other in nursing needs for older people. The service also offers palliative and end-of-life care. At the time of inspection, 55 people were resident.

People and their relatives reported being happy and feeling safe at the home. They expressed satisfaction with staff and felt their needs were being met. Several relatives noted improvements in their relatives' health and wellbeing since moving to the service. Risks to people's safety and wellbeing had been assessed, planned for and monitored.
