Inspectors found medicines were not always managed safely and risks to people who became anxious were not always well planned for. People and relatives spoke warmly of caring, attentive staff, though many felt there were not enough of them and sometimes waited for care or felt rushed. Nutrition, health support and activities were praised, and concerns raised were dealt with appropriately.
