The CQC found the service was performing well, with a registered manager providing strong oversight and a well trained, carefully recruited staff team delivering warm, respectful care.

Inspectors found care plans were detailed and regularly reviewed, with good working relationships with external health professionals. Medicines were managed safely, nutritional needs were met, and a varied activities programme kept people engaged. Relatives described high standards of care and a happy, well managed atmosphere throughout the home.
