At inspection, 24 people were using the service, including some living with dementia. The home offers communal facilities including two lounges, a dining room, hairdressing salon, conservatory and secure garden.

The provider monitors quality and safety, but improvements are needed to clarify staff roles in management when the provider is absent from the service. Medicines audits and monitoring of consent-related activities require strengthening to consistently identify and address shortfalls.
