The service continues to provide good quality care, keeping people safe through staff who understand safeguard procedures and manage risks effectively. Sufficient staffing levels are maintained with safe recruitment practices in place. Infection control measures are appropriate and medicines are managed safely.

People receive support from trained staff who uphold their rights in accordance with the Mental Capacity Act 2005. They have access to adequate nutrition and hydration, as well as healthcare services when needed. The design and décor of the service is suitable for residents' needs.
