Abbey House Residential Care Home

Abbey House provides residential care for up to 23 older people, supporting those with physical disabilities, sensory impairments, or dementia. At inspection, 12 people were using the service. Staff are trained to recognise abuse and risk, with people receiving safe care supported by individualised care plans and risk assessments. The home maintains a clean, comfortable environment with adequate staffing levels to meet residents' needs. Safe recruitment practices are in place, and the service records accidents and incidents to identify lessons learned.
