Maple House is a residential care home supporting six adults living with a learning disability and autism. The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding that staff understood their roles well and worked to give people choice, dignity and access to healthcare and their communities.

Inspectors found risks to people's health were properly assessed and reviewed, and incidents were recorded and analysed to prevent recurrence. Staff felt supported by management and confident to raise concerns. People appeared comfortable and happy with staff, took part in activities they enjoyed, and had personalised rooms reflecting their interests.
