Burnham

Burnham is a residential care home providing personal and nursing care to five adults with physical disabilities in one large adapted house. People told inspectors they felt safe and happy living at the service. The home has assessed potential risks to people's health, welfare and safety, with guidance in place for staff to mitigate these risks. Staff have been recruited safely and received appropriate training for their roles. Residents indicated there was enough staff available to support them when needed and to participate in activities they wanted.
