Arlington House

Arlington House is a residential care home providing personal care to a maximum of 33 people across an adapted building that combines four terraced houses. At inspection, 23 people were living at the home, including older people with a range of health and mental health needs, including those living with dementia.

People and their relatives expressed satisfaction with the service, describing care workers as kind and caring. They praised the management team as visible, proactive and committed. One person said, "It's a family business and the home is like a family." The registered manager had addressed areas identified for improvement from the previous inspection.
