Arden Park

Arden Park is a residential care home providing personal care for up to 31 older people and younger adults. At inspection, 27 older people lived at the home, some with dementia, though two were temporarily in hospital.

People felt safe at the home because there were enough staff to support their needs and protect them from avoidable harm. However, recruitment checks, while completed before staff began work, were not recorded in sufficient detail to fully demonstrate that staff were safe to work with residents.
