Victoria Park (Coventry)

Victoria Park provides residential care for up to 32 people aged over 65 in an adapted two-storey building. At the time of inspection, 24 people were living there. Staff completed ongoing training to support safe and effective care delivery. The home welcomed feedback from residents, relatives, and staff to drive improvements.

However, governance systems were not fully effective in identifying areas needing improvement, including issues found during the inspection. People, visitors, and health professionals held positive views of the service overall. Following the inspection, the provider took swift action to address the identified concerns.
