This residential care home accommodates up to 34 people and provides personal care for adults aged under and over 65, including those living with dementia or sensory impairments. At inspection, 30 people were residing at the home.

Inspectors identified concerns with risk management. Risks relating to people's care needs and the environment were not always identified, monitored or acted upon promptly to ensure people's safety. Medicine management also required improvement, with some discrepancies in medicines not being identified or acted upon to demonstrate safe handling. Staffing arrangements were found to be ineffective in some areas.
