Apna Ghar Residential Home

This residential care home provides personal care support to up to three people from ethnic minority backgrounds experiencing mental health challenges. At the time of inspection, two people were using the service.

The inspection identified significant safety concerns. Risk assessments had not been completed for potential hazards such as exposed radiators or the need for window restrictors. Risks associated with oxygen use had also not been properly assessed or mitigated. These gaps in safety planning posed potential dangers to residents in the home.
