Woodbridge House, in Medway, is a residential care home providing support for up to 10 adults of all ages with a learning disability or autism, some also living with dementia or physical disabilities. The CQC rated the home Good overall, finding a consistent, knowledgeable staff team who managed risks well, supported people safely with medicines, and understood their safeguarding duties.

Inspectors found staff gave kind, respectful and empowering care, with people treated as individuals and helped to lead fulfilling lives. Leadership was strong and governance robust, with earlier breaches around safe care and notifications now resolved. Relatives described staff as caring, reliable and trusted by the people they support.
