About Oakview Lodge
Oakview Lodge accommodates 69 residents in a single adapted building, providing nursing and personal care to older people and those living with dementia. Staff personalise care to reflect individual needs and preferences. However, care plans do not always contain sufficient information about identified risks or clear guidance for staff to safely manage them. Daily health monitoring is inconsistent, with gaps in activities such as weekly weighing and ensuring pressure mattresses are correctly set.
