Angelcare Residential Living

Angelcare Residential Living is a care home providing accommodation, nursing and personal care for up to 25 people, some living with dementia. At the time of the assessment, 23 people were living there. The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding safe staffing levels, effective safeguarding and person-centred care, with people and relatives involved in decisions.

Inspectors found staff and leaders kind, approachable and well regarded by people and their families, and the home was clean with personalised bedrooms. Some improvements were needed around medication information and care record keeping, and the provider has outlined plans to address these shortfalls.
