Angelcare Residential Living

Angelcare Residential Living provides accommodation and personal care for up to 23 people, including older adults, those living with dementia, people with physical disabilities, sensory impairments, and younger adults. At inspection, 17 people were using the service.

People were kept safe from risk and harm, with staff demonstrating good understanding of safeguarding processes. Risk assessments were robust and relevant, and dependency assessments were regularly carried out to ensure appropriate staffing levels. Medicines were managed safely, with systems in place to reduce infection risk. Accidents and incidents were reported and analysed promptly.
