Oakleigh Lodge

Oakleigh Lodge provides accommodation and personal care to 19 people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, or autistic spectrum disorder. The service accommodates 13 people in the main house and six in adjoining flats, with shared access to a large garden and communal areas. Staff support people to live meaningful lives with control, choice, and independence.

During inspection, people felt safe and received planned, person-centred support from staff who understood how to protect them from harm. Risks to health and wellbeing were identified, assessed, and monitored to ensure safe care. People received their medication as prescribed, and the care being provided met the current needs of those living at the service.
