Alma Court Care Home

This care home provides nursing and personal care for older people, most of whom are living with dementia. The service accommodates 44 people across six separate units, each with its own communal areas. Staff members are knowledgeable about the risks associated with people's care and support, and understand what steps to take to minimise potential harm. When incidents or accidents occur, the provider has systems in place to identify learning points and review procedures to reduce the risk of reoccurrence. Any lessons identified are effectively communicated to staff members to enhance people's safety.
