Alexandra Villa

Alexandra Villa provides personal care to one person, with capacity for up to two residents. The home was clean and tidy, though the lounge lacked homeliness. The registered manager and staff demonstrated a solid understanding of safeguarding, identifying and mitigating risks appropriately. All staff had undergone proper recruitment checks before employment, and appropriate staffing levels were maintained at all times. The service aims to support residents with learning disabilities and autism to live meaningful lives with control, choice, and independence through person-centred care.
