Alexandra House

Alexandra House provides accommodation and personal care for up to 40 older people, including those living with dementia. At the time of inspection, the home was at full occupancy with 40 residents.

The service had made significant improvements since the previous inspection, particularly in establishing robust systems to ensure people received safe care and appropriate medicine management. Inspectors noted a welcoming, cheerful and friendly atmosphere throughout the home, with relatives expressing satisfaction with their loved one's care.
