The CQC rated the home good overall, finding that people were safe, well supported and cared for with dignity, and that relatives spoke highly of the staff and leadership.

Inspectors did identify some quality assurance shortfalls, including locked fire exits, incorrectly set pressure relieving mattresses and gaps in record keeping, which amounted to a breach of regulations around governance. There was no evidence anyone had been harmed, and the provider acted quickly to address the concerns raised.
