Alexander Court Care Centre

Alexander Court Care Centre provides nursing and personal care for up to 82 people aged 65 and over, including those with physical disabilities or dementia. The home comprises five separate care units, each with their own facilities. At the time of inspection, 77 people were living there.

The home implemented safe visiting arrangements designed to prevent infection spread. Visitors were required to complete lateral flow testing for COVID-19 at the entrance or provide proof of a recent negative test. All visitors received access to appropriate personal protective equipment, ensuring infection control protocols were maintained while allowing residents to maintain contact with family and friends.
