Inspectors found detailed, personalised care plans and well-documented risk management, particularly for older people. Staffing levels were sufficient and unrushed, the home was clean, homely and well maintained, and leadership was experienced and stable. Feedback from residents, an advocate and staff was consistently positive, describing warm, attentive and respectful care.
