Manor Lodge

Manor Lodge accommodates up to four older people who require nursing or personal care in an ordinary residential home. At the time of inspection, four people were using the service, though one was in hospital.

Staff recruitment practices were robust and staffing levels were adequate. However, the service had significant areas for improvement. Medicines were not always managed safely, and risk assessments lacked sufficient detail about how to mitigate the risks people faced. Quality assurance and monitoring systems were not consistently effective.
