Park View

Park View provides accommodation and nursing care for 108 adults, including younger adults with a dementia diagnosis. At the time of inspection, all 108 people were living at the service.

The service did not have a registered manager in post; there had been a gap of 100 days without one at the time of inspection. The premises and care provided were both inspected during this unannounced visit.
