Chestnut Court Care Home

Chestnut Court provides personal and nursing care to up to 62 older people and those living with dementia across three floors. At inspection, 60 people were using the service. Systems were in place to protect people from abuse, with sufficient staffing and robust recruitment practices. The home had processes to review accidents and incidents to prevent future occurrences, and the premises were secure with appropriate infection prevention and control measures. Medicines were managed safely and people's risks were assessed to ensure safe support. Residents had access to health care services as needed.
