Alderlea Care Home

Alderlea Care Home provides personal care for up to 40 people aged 65 and over, with 27 residents living there at the time of inspection. People and their relatives gave positive feedback, reporting they felt very safe and secure with the staff. Residents benefited from a consistent team of caregivers who understood their needs and risks, with risk assessments guiding safe support.

Residents received their medicines in line with prescriptions, and staff were trained to identify and report safeguarding concerns to protect people from harm and abuse.
