Lindsey Hall Care Home provides accommodation and personal care for up to 79 people, many of whom are living with dementia or physical disability. The home operates across one floor within a converted school building and comprises three units: the main residential unit and two specialist units (Haven and Thorpe) for people with dementia. There are 69 single en-suite rooms and five suites available for shared accommodation, alongside extensive communal areas and facilities.

At the time of inspection, 68 people were using the service.

Medicines were safely ordered, stored and administered, though guidance for 'as required' medicines was not fully documented.
