Rivelin Care Home

Rivelin Care Home provides personal care to up to 40 older people, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 38 people were using the service. Staff had been safely recruited and received training in safeguarding, with clear understanding of their responsibilities to protect people from abuse. Quality monitoring systems were in place to check various areas of the home, and staffing levels were adequate to keep people safe.

People felt safe and well looked after, with staff observed respecting their privacy and dignity during care. Residents and staff spoke positively about the management, which provided regular guidance and support to the team. People received their medicines safely as prescribed, and staff maintained a supportive approach to care delivery.
