Alder House Care Home

Alder House Care Home provides personal care and support for up to 46 older people, including those living with dementia. The CQC rated the service Good overall, following an unannounced assessment that looked at areas including safety, staffing, medicines and leadership.

People and relatives told inspectors they felt safe, well cared for and involved in decisions about their care. Staff were described as kind, competent and attentive to individual needs, with medicines well managed and the home kept clean. People had good access to healthcare services, and the home was considered to be well managed.
