St Martins

St Martins is a care home providing personal care and support to older people and people living with dementia, supporting 15 people at the time of the assessment. Previously rated requires improvement, the home has now been rated good overall, with the CQC finding it was no longer in breach of regulation following renovations and improvements across the service.

Inspectors found people felt safe, well supported and proud to live at St Martins, with a consistent staff team who had time to spend with them. Management and the provider were described as visible and approachable, food was praised highly, and people felt confident any concerns would be addressed promptly.
