The home maintains strong infection prevention and control practices, following current guidance with comprehensive visitor checks including LFD tests, COVID pass verification, temperature checks, and questionnaires. PPE and hand gel are readily available throughout the home.

The service actively supports residents' independence, with most people choosing to visit family and friends outside the home rather than receiving visitors on site.
