Willow Tree Lodge

Willow Tree Lodge provides personal care for up to 30 older people, including those living with dementia-related conditions. At inspection, 27 people were living in the home. The environment was clean and homely with bedrooms highly personalised.

Staffing levels were adequate to support residents, and the home had appropriate equipment in place to keep people safe. Quality assurance processes were robust, with risks to people and the environment managed safely.

Medicines were administered safely and as prescribed, with records and audits confirming systems were being followed correctly. Staff received appropriate training and regular supervision to develop their skills and support them in their roles. The home promoted maximum choice and control for residents, with staff supporting people in the least restrictive way possible and in their best interests, supported by relevant policies and systems.
