Broadview

The home provides accommodation and personal care for up to six people living with learning disabilities and autism. It comprises a main house and two one-bedroom flats designed to support varying levels of independence. At inspection, all six places were occupied. Staff and the registered manager demonstrated a strong commitment to person-centred support, creating a responsive culture focused on learning and development opportunities. People living at the service were very happy and felt listened to by a dedicated staff team. One resident said, "I love it here, we all get on, it's very good." People were protected from abuse and received planned, coordinated support tailored to their individual needs.
