The home demonstrates strong infection control practices, requiring visitors to sanitise their hands, sign in, and have their temperature taken upon arrival. Staff also ask about COVID-19 symptoms and contact history, request proof of vaccination and evidence of a lateral flow test taken that day, and make face masks available at the entrance. These procedures are consistently followed before visitors are admitted to the service.
