Aigburth is a purpose-built residential care home accommodating 56 people across three floors, with separate adapted facilities on each level. One floor specialises in providing care to people living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 55 people were using the service.

People were safe at the home, supported by staff with good knowledge of risks associated with care provision, including infection control. Safe recruitment practices were followed, and staff received induction and ongoing training to ensure people's individual care needs were continuously met.
