The home operates across two separate buildings, each with their own units and adapted facilities. One building supports older people with dementia, while the other specialises in care and support for people with complex neurological conditions and rehabilitation needs.

Systems and processes are in place to keep people safe from harm, though inspectors recommended the provider review incident recording processes. Some residents felt there could be more activities provided, and the registered manager responded to this feedback.
