Westfield Lodge Care Home

Westfield Lodge Care Home provides personal and nursing care to 40 people. Staff are safely recruited with the skills and knowledge to provide effective support. People are supported to manage their risks whilst maintaining their independence, and medicines are managed safely. The home has effective care planning in place that guides staff to provide support meeting people's individual needs and preferences.
