Medication was generally safely managed, though inspectors identified one discrepancy in recording that had not caused harm. The service was working to improve the building's environment, and staff had made significant progress on refurbishments.

However, some areas requiring improvement had not yet been included on the refurbishment list, and environmental risks were not always consistently identified throughout the home.
