Pirton Grange Specialist Services

Pirton Grange Specialist Services provides accommodation and nursing care for up to 38 people with mental health needs, learning disabilities, autistic spectrum disorders, Huntington's disease, dementia and neurological conditions. At the time of inspection, 27 people were living at the home, ranging across a wide age range of adults.

The service is committed to ensuring autistic people and those with learning disabilities receive choices, dignity, independence and good access to local communities. Care is tailored to meet the diverse support needs of residents, with staff working to uphold principles of person-centred care and enable meaningful participation in daily life and community engagement.
