Court House Care Home

Court House Care Home provides nursing and personal care for up to 60 people across three units, two serving older people and one for younger adults. At the time of inspection, 57 people were living at the home.

Inspectors found significant concerns regarding safety and risk management. Individual risk assessments were not always comprehensive enough to guide staff on keeping people safe, and people were not consistently protected from the risk of harm. The home lacked an effective system for reporting and reviewing accidents, incidents, and near misses. Additionally, medicines were not always managed safely, putting people at risk of receiving medications that may not meet their current needs.
