Court House Care Home

Court House Care Home provides accommodation with nursing care for up to 60 people, arranged across three units for those with similar needs. The CQC rated the service good overall, an improvement from its previous requires improvement rating, having found the provider was no longer in breach of regulations on safe care and governance.

Inspectors found staff were well trained, medicines were managed safely and there were enough staff to meet needs, though some relatives felt more staff would help with timelier support and community activities. Care plans were sometimes generic but work was underway to make them more person centred. Staff were described as kind, respectful and knowledgeable, and leaders were visible, supportive and open to feedback.
