At the time of the inspection, nine people lived in the home, which features twelve single bedrooms and a self-contained flat. Shared spaces include two sitting areas, a dining room, and an enclosed garden with a cabin.

Refurbishment works were underway, including installation of a new wet room.

The provider demonstrated effective business continuity planning, having updated their procedures to manage risks of COVID-19 spikes and establish how their contingency team would maintain support during such events.
