Fleet Hall Care Home

Signature at Fleet provides residential care and accommodation for up to 78 older people, including those living with dementia. The service is organised across three floors: assisted living facilities on the ground and first floors, and a dedicated reminiscence unit on the second floor for people with dementia. At the time of inspection, 64 people were using the service.

Staff assessed potential risks with residents and implemented measures to keep them safe while enabling their independence and freedom. People were protected from the risk of abuse through safeguarding procedures.
