Hill Brow

Hill Brow is a purpose-built residential care home providing personal care to 27 people aged 65 and over across two floors. The home features secure entry, a lift, and landscaped gardens for residents to access.

The home has implemented several measures to support safe visiting and resident wellbeing. Hand washing facilities with hygiene instructions are located at the entrance, and temperature and symptom checks are conducted before entry. A dedicated visiting room with separate external access uses screens and includes a microphone and speaker system for people with hearing difficulties. An additional visitor lounge provides alternative visiting space away from the main home. When in-person visits aren't possible, the provider supports residents through video and telephone calls, having purchased iPads and upgraded WiFi to facilitate these connections with family members.
