The three-storey property features lift access, communal areas, and a rear garden, with aids and adaptations available to meet individual needs.

While residents reported feeling safe, inspectors identified gaps in fire safety, health and safety, and infection prevention and control systems. Concerns were raised about medication storage and recording processes, which the provider was asked to review.
