The Grange

The Grange accommodates up to 26 adults, including those living with dementia, with 20 residents on-site during the inspection. The home has established policies, procedures and contingency plans for infection control, with the registered manager serving as the infection control lead responsible for staff training and protecting residents from infection risks. While infection control protocols were in place, the outbreak policy could have been more specific to COVID-19, which the registered manager subsequently addressed following the inspection.
