The service provides personal care and support for up to 10 people with mental health problems, including dual diagnosis. At inspection, the home was at full capacity with 10 residents.

Safeguarding procedures are in place and staff have a clear understanding of how to implement them. Appropriate recruitment checks were completed before staff started work. There are sufficient staff to meet people's needs, and medicines are managed safely. The service has procedures to reduce infection risks and effective systems for monitoring and learning from incidents and accidents.

People are supported to have maximum choice and control over their lives, with staff enabling them to make decisions about their care and support.
