5 Horse Leaze

5 Horse Leaze is a short break service providing respite support and accommodation with personal care for up to six people with learning disabilities. The bungalow is accessible and creates a supportive environment for temporary stays.

The service demonstrates strong infection control practices. Staff and visitors have access to personal protective equipment with sufficient supplies maintained on site. Exemptions from PPE requirements are managed through individual risk assessments to minimise infection transmission risks. Visiting arrangements follow current government guidance, with professional visitors required to provide evidence of COVID-19 vaccination and take lateral flow tests before attending.
