Br3akfree Respite Care

Breakfree Respite Care provides short breaks and personal care for up to three people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and sensory impairments. The service is located on the second floor of a residential block with lift access and wheelchair accessibility at the rear of the building. At the time of inspection, no one was receiving respite care at the service.
